Prep School Polarity:

Each 8-week series meets once a week for 90 minutes – when you have completed that “grade” you will advance to the next level of Pole School. *Please wear short shorts, a tank top or t-shirt, and socks. Also bring a yoga mat and high heels. Leg warmers are okay & suggested during winter.

Please: NO JEWELRY, NO BUCKLES (on boots or clothing) and NO LOTIONS on the poles.

Price: $199 per “grade”
  • Elementary Pole School (Level One) This is the introduction to pole work. In this series you will work on gripping the pole, perfecting your swing, strengthening and lengthening your body & learning basic pole moves that you’ll need to master throughout your Prep School stay.
  • Available Classes:

    • Mondays, 7-8:30 PM
    • Tuesdays, 10:30 AM – 12 PM
    • Tuesdays, 7-8:30 PM
    • Wednesdays, 8:30-10 PM
    • Thursdays, 10:30 AM – 12 PM
    • Thursdays, 7-8:30 PM
    • Fridays, 8:30-10 PM
    • Saturdays, 12-1:30 PM
  • Whittle Your Middle Pole School (Level Two) In this 2nd series you will add onto the pole basics & begin mastering tricks on the pole. Spinning, climbing, descending from a climb, transitions & more advanced floor work are all included in this transitional phase of Pole School.
  • High on The Pole School (Level Three) You’re ready for the big leagues! In this 3rd 8-week series everything you’ve learned will come together. Ever seen that amazing woman who’s gracefully and effortlessly moving up, down and all around that pole? That will be you when you graduate from High on the Pole School.
Additional Classes: Price: All additional classes $20 each or $69 monthly membership (Lasts 30 days from date of purchase)
  • Bi Polar (75 minutes) Stretch, move, and work on those arms! We’ll switch it up between cardio and resistance to improve our overall health and strengthen our bodies. This class will help you with the Pole Series by strengthening your upper body! Bring a yoga mat and wear tennis shoes.
  • Belly Dancing (60 minutes) Come work your AB’s and learn the sexy, classic moves of the exotic belly dancer. You’ll wow yourself and your partner after only a few classes.
  • Lap N Chair (90 minutes) Learn the art of the lap dance, as well as incorporating chair dancing and floor work. Learn to move with grace and confidence just like the ladies who get paid to do this! Bring a yoga mat and heels.
  • Horizontal Hustle (90 minutes) Two words – Hip Hop. Get a great workout while learning the newest dance moves from the Hip Hop culture. No experience required.
